Acquisition of rights in real property full and partial takings, permanent and temporary easements with the North Dakota Department of Transportation, and long term leases. Study, evaluate, and explain project plan and profile drawings and property plats to clients and landowners. Review signed agreements prepared for client approval. Prepare and update clients with status reports on a timely basis.

Title work, lease negotiations, and acquisition for rights-of-way and surface land management, transmission lines, highways and various other related areas. Negotiate property lease and easements for clients with property owners.

Provide technical and business consultation services, including Oil and Gas Title as well as negotiating terms and deadlines for projects.
